<p>Working closely with the Branch Manager, the Sales Office Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of both the sales office and the warehouse. This is best described as a player-manager role as the Sales Office Manager will be required to get involved with all aspects of the branch, dealing with customers, helping with the rebuild of chain and most importantly managing staff members on the team. </p>
<p>As the successful Sales Office Manager you will have a mechanical engineering/technical background coupled with a commercial edge. This is a rounded role where all duties will be undertaken, but you will also need to have the ability to people-manage the rest of the team; guiding them and nurturing their potential in order to develop a successful sales office.</p>
<p>Summary of skills needed for the Sales Office Manager position:<br />- Sales/Commercial Awareness<br />- Willingness to cover all areas when required (Sales Admin, Warehouse Work, Sales, Creating Bespoke Chain Solutions (Chain Assembly), etc.)<br />- Strong understanding of customer service<br />- Desirable is Chain, Power Transmission, Gearbox or Bearing experience and knowledge<br />- The ability and desire to take control of the job role and make it your own</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The successful Internal Support Engineer (Solutions) based
from the offices in the South East (Lower M1 Corridor) will be responsible for
providing internal technical support to customers in both the UK and abroad.
This includes direct customers as well as distribution and system integrator
partners. Additionally this role will be responsible for delivering customer
training both on site and at customer premises.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">As the successful Internal Support Engineer (Solutions) you
will have experience of SCADA Software, PLCs, Servo systems, Variable Speed
Drives, Robots, and HMIs, it would also be an advantage to have knowledge of
higher level programming languages such as C++, C# and .Net enabling you to be
able to offer support for the company's business software solutions. Ideally as
the Internal Support Engineer (Solutions) you will be qualified to ONC level
minimum in a relevant Engineering field however it is expected that candidates
will be more relevantly qualified to degree level.</p>

<p>The Installation Supervisor will be responsible for assessing machines, training staff and remediating and validating machines on site. Other duties include the co-ordination of partners' on-site machine safety assessments for production machinery, overseeing partner activity during the conceptual design phase, identifying quality and compliance of contracted safety solutions ensuring they are in line with the relevant standards, ensuring partner activity is aligned with customer standards and local codes of practice, liaise with supplying partners to ensure pre-site preparation is checked, report daily on status of project progression, ensure customer expectation during installation phase and oversee the installation of remediation delivery by partner installation teams. This role will require regular travel across the EMEA region.</p>

<p>As the successful Installation Supervisor you will have a strong knowledge &amp; grounding in Machinery Safety equipment and standards, will ideally be qualified to degree level and will have a number of years&rsquo; worth of experience to draw upon. You will either have or will be working towards a Professional Safety certification and will have on-site experience of installation projects. You will be self-driven, target oriented and able to take decisions professionally, will be punctual &amp; reliable and will have the ability to quickly and effectively respond to questions from managers, co-workers and customers alike. Due to regular travel across the EMEA region, you will have a current passport and full driving licence.</p>
<p>Other relevant experience &amp; traits required:</p>
<ul>
<li>Strong Electrical / Controls background associated with industrial machinery</li>
<li>Experience and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic concepts </li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert identifiable needs into product solutions</li>
<li>Ideally has a background in applying, working with and installing safety products on industrial equipment</li>
<li>Have experience in conducting training and presenting in customer meetings</li>
<li>Ideally you will have had responsibilities in applying and documenting application standards for a variety of manufacturing machinery</li>
<li>Have experience in reading and or writing technical manuals or other operating procedures in a manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers, and authorities</li>
<li>Have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists</li>
<li>High energy, ability to multi-task, and manage ever-changing priorities</li>
<li>Strong problem solving mentality and skills</li>
<li>Team player with strong interpersonal skills (effectively communicate with customers, colleagues and management)</li>
<li>Ability to work independently</li>
