Drives Technician, based in the North West and commutable to Cheshire, working for a Manufacturer, Salary Circa £26K.

As Drives Technician you will be tasked with the assembly, test and repair of the Company's Servo Drives and ancillary products, based in Cheshire and working out of the main UK workshop.

The successful Drives Technician will be comfortable reading schematics, be able to follow written test and assembly aids and have the ability to diagnose and repair to component level based on schematics and sample products. The mainstay of testing and repair will be to the Company's Servo Drives, so experience in dealing with them is essential as is the previous use of oscilloscopes and test meters. If you also have experience in testing analogue and digital PCB's and assemblies, have ISO9001 knowledge and are a conscientious self-starter then our client would like to hear from you.
