Project Manager based in the South East/ South Coast working for a Manufacturer dealing with Drives & Drive Systems Salary circa £40K (DOE)

The Project Manager will be responsible for driving and managing multiple Drive System projects from concept through to handover. This includes design (hardware & software), technical support to the team (Sales, Commissioning, Service, R&D) and budgetary control. Applications are likely to be in the Renewable Energy, Marine, Paper, Test rig, Metals and Printing sectors

As the successful Project Manager you will have a solid background within Automation, Control and Drives/Drive Systems (inc. PLC, HMI, Fieldbus, Profibus and variable speed drives). You will be qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in Electrical/Electronic/Control Engineering with experience in electrical automation equipment. The Project Manager position requires you to have knowledge and preferably experience of project engineering and management and in addition experience with circuit design would be advantageous
