Position: Recruitment Consultant (Trainee, Experienced & Senior)
Location: Exeter, Devon
Services: Specialist Recruitment to Engineering Industries

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be providing specialist recruitment services including Search & Selection, Targeted Candidate Marketing and Contingency recruitment to engineering industries across the UK.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, ambitious and commercially aware with excellent communication skills. Ideally you will have proven sales experience in either B2B sales or recruitment. Although desirable, experience is not essential for a Trainee Consultant position. Ideally you will be educated to a degree level with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
