Area Sales Manager covering the South West region of the UK. The role will encompass driving existing business whilst developing new business across various industries such as Packaging, Food & Beverage, Lab Automation, Assembly and Handling - dealing with OEM's and End Users direct covering industries such as Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage and Water & Utilities. The Area Sales Manager will have responsibility for selling the company's motion control, sensors, encoders and vision products and systems.

As the successful Area Sales Manager you will not only have a provable & successful field sales background, you will be technically conversant with the product groups described, you will have the ability to offer applications support and add technical value to the customer. It is likely you will be qualified to a minimum of HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent and you will be self-managing, enthusiastic and motivated in your approach to sales.
