Usually this methodology is the best route to take when the position to be filled requires specialist, industry specific candidates, whose talents are in short supply.
Advertised Search and Selection
This service incorporates both Assignment Search and Selection and a targeted advertising campaign, which allows you to select from industry specific candidates as well as other candidates from a wider cross section of industry.
We are able to provide:
- Professionally designed advert artwork
- In-depth analysis and handling of advert response
- Pre-screening of qualified/experienced applicants
- Shortlist for selection
This service is normally recommended when candidates are able to have more generic skill sets, such as an operational, marketing or finance background.
Advertised Selection
Advertised Selection is a targeted advertising campaign utilising selected media (often national, regional or specialist publications).
We are able to organise every aspect of the process from the professionally designed advert through to pre-screening of applicants and the final recommended shortlist for selection.
We also recognise that some clients prefer not to advertise using their own identity for reasons such as commercial or strategic sensitivity. In these situations we are able to design and implement an advert under our own identity, (maintaining the anonymity of the client). The applicant response is then filtered to ensure only those best suited are short-listed.
